Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Crevery offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the terms of our [Return and Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy).

You must contact Crevery within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for approved non-defective returns.

Returned products may be inspected. Products that are excessively dirty, stained, damaged, altered, intentionally misused, or returned in an unhygienic condition may not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
